Customization options — File Upload

File Upload lets customers add their own images, documents, or other files to personalize a product. It is especially useful for custom printing, engraving, artwork, logos, and other designs that customers want to submit with their order. Learn more

Single File Upload (optional) — Add your tooltip — Add your help text, such as "Maximum file size: X MB" or "Accepted file types: PDF, IMG, DOCS...".
Multi-file Upload (optional) — Add your tooltip — Customers can upload up to 10 files at once.

File uploads are available on the Pro and Premium plans. Pro supports up to 10 files per upload with a maximum size of 10MB per file, while Premium supports up to 20 files with a maximum size of 50MB per file. The Image Editor is available on the Premium plan for image files. Uploaded files are stored for 90 days and automatically deleted afterward. Download any files you need to keep before the 90-day period ends.
